• IE or FireFox can be used to print this brochure.

Instructions before print

• Important: Remove the header and footer in "Page setup" under File menu.
• Set correct paper size and paper type in the printer properties.
• Set print resolution to "best" for presentation paper, "max dpi" for photo paper.
• In IE7/8, first go to print preview and remove shrink to fit. Make it 100% and print from within print preview.

USA DIDs

• CallerIDs: Inbound numbers for personal and corporate use. Can be used as CallerID on outbound calling. Cannot be used by Call Centers. Most area codes available.
• Inbound Only: For high volume inbound campaigns. Can be used by Corporates and Call Centers. Cannot be used to set CallerID on outbound dialing. Almost every area code available.
• CallerIDs for Call Centers: Can be used by Call Centers as CallerID on high volume outbound campaigns. Incoming calls charged at toll free rates. Not recommended for Inbound campaigns. Limited choice of area codes.
• Discount CallerIDs for Call Centers: Sold in bulk packs of 10, 50, 100, 200, 500 & 1000. Can be used by Call Centers as CallerID on high volume outbound campaigns. Incoming calls charged at toll free rates. Not recommended for Inbound campaigns. Cannot choose area code, can choose state. Discounts on setup and rent as follows: 10 for the price of 4, 50 for the price of 8, 100 for the price of 10, 200 for the price of 16, 500 for the price of 30 & 1000 for the price of 50 DIDs.

PSTN Forwarding

• All your DIDs can be forwarded to your Indian mobile, your land line or to any other number in the world.
• Forwarded calls are charged on a per minute basis as per the calling destination
• No setup cost for PSTN Forwarding

Hunting and Voicemail - Free

• All DIDs including toll free can be made to hunt or be delivered to voicemail
• Hunting refers to trying multiple SIP devices or dialers on busy or no answer
• DIDs can also be sent to voicemail before or after the hunting process
• Voicemail can be delivered to you by email
• No additional charge for these services

Incoming SMS

• Mobile numbers available in many countries
• Incoming SMS can be received on these numbers
• Incoming SMS can be received as email or inserted in your CRM
